About:
“No To The Moray Firth FLOW-Park”

“No To The Moray Firth FLOW-Park” is a community group of residents, businesses and stakeholders across Moray and the Highlands, concerned about the proposed Moray Firth FLOW-Park development. The group was formed in response to local concern about the scale, location and potential impacts of the proposal on the Moray Firth and nearby communities.

Members include local residents, marine users, tourism operators and environmental advocates. The group has engaged with elected representatives, community councils, businesses, environmental stakeholders and the wider public to understand the proposal and its implications.

“No To The Moray Firth FLOW-Park” recognises the importance of offshore wind and Scotland’s transition to a clean energy future, but firmly believes the inner Moray Firth is simply too environmentally sensitive and too significant, ecologically, economically and culturally, to accommodate a development of this scale. The area hosts rich marine life, protected habitats, recreational waters and a thriving tourism economy, all of which would be put at serious risk by industrialisation at this scale.
